Returns & Exchanges Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and unworn
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging with all parts included
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beds and mattresses
  • Assembled furniture that has been disassembled
  • Items marked “final sale” or “clearance”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Complete our Returns & Exchanges Request Form and email it to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

2Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

3Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved, repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all parts and documentation. Affix the provided return shipping label and ship to:

4Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange according to your preference.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
