Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. It is your responsibility to:

• Provide an accurate delivery address
• Be available to receive the delivery or make alternative arrangements
• Inspect items upon delivery for visible damage

If you are not available to receive your delivery, additional fees may be incurred for redelivery or storage.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

5.1 Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Threshold Furnish Shop purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item, provided the item meets the following criteria:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unworn
• All original tags attached
• In original packaging with all parts included
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or made-to-order furniture
• Beds and mattresses
• Assembled furniture that has been disassembled
• Items marked “final sale” or “clearance”

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Complete our Returns & Exchanges Request Form and email it to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for approval from our customer service team (response within 2 business days)
3. If approved, repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all parts and documentation
4. Affix the provided return shipping label and ship to our returns address

5.4 Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we receive your return
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
